The primary crusher breaks down the raw material into coarse fragments which are then conveyed to the secondary crusher. Once the material passes through the vibrating screen, it is transported to various product stockpiles or directly loaded onto ships, trucks, or rail cars for transportation to end users. These products include road stone, which is used in road construction, concrete aggregates used in ready-mixed concrete plants, and asphalt materials for the construction of roads, walkways, and parking lots.

Stone Crusher plants are highly energy-intensive operations. Depending on the nature of the material being crushed and the targeted output, various types of machines are used. Smaller capacity plants may require only two machines, while larger capacity plants may require multiple machines and a complex network of conveyors to efficiently process the materials.
